Virtual Currency Rules (Mirage Coins)
Mirage Coins (MC) are the exclusive virtual currency of the Silicon Dunes. They are entirely simulated, hold no real-world value, and cannot be purchased, withdrawn, or exchanged for real money or prizes under any circumstances. All balances are for amusement only.
Code of Conduct within the Dunes
We expect all Nomads to engage fairly. Any use of automated scripts, exploits, or malicious software to manipulate game outcomes or artificially inflate Mirage Coin balances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disconnection from the oasis.
Intellectual Property Rights
All assets, including the cyber-desert environments, Oasis Grid 33, Dune Spinner, and associated lore, are the exclusive property of Net Nomads co. Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to interact with these assets solely within the context of the simulation.
Limitations of Liability
VirtuaLiVegas is provided on an "as is" basis. Net Nomads co. Ltd is not liable for any interruptions to the simulation, loss of virtual progress, or any alleged damages arising from your use of this free social casino platform.
Account Termination Procedures
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user's access to the simulation at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of terms violation. Upon termination, all accumulated Mirage Coins and rank achievements will be permanently voided.
